Skinfood masks review part 2 ~ rice + banana yogurt + royal honey !

Hi guys~~~ Here is my Skin food masks review part 2 and the first review is on the Rice wash-off mask! :DDD  Enjoy~~

The lid of the bottle~

The design of the bottle is very nice that the bottle is 'partly - transparent'!! :DD   Looks really decent.... :3

What the mask looks like when it's inside the bottle.    As what you can see in the photo, this mask is actually quite thick and sticky.    However, it is not as sticky as the honey red orange mask and I personally think its stickiness and its thickness is the best among all of the five wash-off masks!   The smell of the mask is fabulous and is very natural (smell of rice XD).    It is also a scrub as well but it is more moisturizing than the honey red orange mask. :)  The colour of the mask is white when you apply it.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Next is the review of the Banana yogurt wash-off mask!
Bananananana~~ Banana is actually the most popular fruit in my school XD and every time they will disappear very very quickly when they appear in the dining hall... *^*
The design of the bottle is the same as the design of the rice mask bottle~~
Wa... the mask is coming out!!  Actually it didn't... XP   This mask is very runny (actually it's the most runny one ><) but it still works quite well when you put it on.    The colour of it is transparent and it is quite moisturizing but what I have to say is - don't buy it if you don't like banana!!!    This mask has a very strong (actually it's good for banana lovers...) banana smell and you wouldn't stand it if you hate banana! XDD
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Lastly, it's the review of the Royal honey mask! :DD

This is the look of the bottle... Actually I quite like this kind of design because I think this is more hygienic than the other masks (you don't need to put your fingers inside!!) XPP

This is what it looks like when you apply it.    This mask is actually really smooth and is transparent when you put it on.    I really like smell (scent-free :D) and the texture of it but the effect of it is disappointing.    It is not that moisturising and cleansing as what is said in the advertisement.... :(

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Here is my ranking of these five wash-off masks:
Ginseng mask (it's more moisturising that the rice mask ^^) -> Rice mask -> Honey red orange mask -> Banana yogurt mask -> Royal honey mask
Well, this is the end of my post!!   Thank you for reading it and see you next time!!! Best regards to all of you. :))
Skinfood masks review part 1 ~ ginseng + honey red orange !
    Hello guys~~ I am going to do a review on five different Skinfood wash-off masks!   Skinfood is a Korean cosmetic brand (quite famous in Asia?) and I am really obsessed of it because I always feel like their products are really natural :P and have good qualities.    I'm very satisfied with all five of the Skinfood masks but I actually only own two of them, which are the ginseng mask tester and the honey red orange mask tester.   The other three are from my friends: the rice wash off mask and the banana yogurt mask are from Christy and the royal honey mask is from Baku.   The reason I am also using their masks for the review is that they tell me that I should do a review of these five masks together so the comparison can be more complete. :)  Thank you guys for lending them to me~~ <3    I will however only write the review of the ginseng mask and the honey red orange mask in this post that the whole review is too long!! ><""
Well, let's starts with the Ginseng mask tester. :D
The lid of it is actually very cute... There is also a funny picture of a ginseng on it! XD
The bottle is very adorable as well and I like its colour! :)
This is what the mask looks like when it's inside the bottle!    The volume of the tester is 20 ml and I think I can actually use it for 6 - 8 times that the mask is very moisturizing!    This is actually my favourite mask because I like the smell of ginseng and the mask contain small ginseng powder which will make you feel very comfortable when you apply and wash off the mask!!   The mask actually has a transparent colour though it's yellowy inside the bottle (another thing I love about it!)    And I highly recommend this wash-off mask to people who love ginseng! :D
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Let's look at photos of the Honey red orange mask tester next!

This is the look of the tester! :)

And this is what it looks like when you put this mask on.    This is another beloved (very good comments from people on the internet) wash-off mask which aims to remove dead skin on your face *.* and makes your face smoother.    This mask is also transparent and I like the smell of it (honey sweet sweet~ ^^).    It is also quite good at removing dead and rough skin because this mask is also a scrub.    I am quite happy with its effect but one problem of this mask is that it is really sticky and you can get it everywhere very easily... @.@   So... be careful when you use it!!! ><"

Well, this is the end of my post!!! (XP a bit short...)  Thank you for reading it and there will be a part 2 very soon!! See you next time and I hope you like what I've written~~ <3

House Party and Chanel nail polish review

I had a boarding house party today and I enjoyed it so much! (ate a lot...)   There was a lot of food to eat, eg chicken wings, chips, hot dogs... and my favourite is the massive chocolate cake!!  (I even forgot to take a photo for it because everyone was chasing after it!!! XDDD)  I loved it so much because it had something like ice cream and crunchy biscuits (?) inside!! :3 Mmm... I am saaaaatisfied.... ^0^ ~.~

We also had something called 'Secret Santa' in the party that everyone had to prepare a gift for someone... I received a very big mug XD and it's quite nice.    This is the photo:

KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON!!!!! @.@ This reminds me the very cruel fact that my exams are coming..... ><''''''''

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Well, I wore a Chanel nail polish today, which is borrowed to me from Lynn :) and I was so amazed by its beautiful colour!!!  Here are some photos of it! :D
The beloved Chanel logo... *.*
This is a Chanel 515 Pêche Nacrée nail polish!!  It looks really good that it has a peachy/rosy pink colour and has some tiny shimmers inside (almost invisible! XP)   It is also a very elegant colour T^T my hands become so elegant.... :P and I just suddenly become so obsessed with this colour!!!  Lynn, good choice! XD   One problem of this nail polish is that I don't really like the brush... if the brush can be smoother, the nail colour can be perfect! <3
  Another reason I like this nail polish so much is that it doesn't really make your skin look darker, although it's a light colour. :)
Well, this is the end of my post today!  Sorry it's a bit short but I hope you have enjoyed reading it!! See you next time and best regards to all of you! <3
Recently, there is a very funny video on YouTube which becomes very popular a while after it's released...   it's called 'Dumb Ways To Die' and is produced by the Melbourne Metro Australia Company.    The message of the video is that people should be more careful and they shouldn't do silly things that would cost their lives.    The cartoon is very cute (though a bit creepy... ><"") and it wins everybody's hearts XD in a sudden... :3    I want to share this video with you because I like the song and I think it has a really good 'plot'. Art trip to Liverpool *.*
I went to Liverpool today :3 (and I got to skip my lessons... XD)  It's a compulsory trip for all the art students in our school and we went to two art galleries in total.    One of them is called the Walker Gallery and the other one is called Tate Liverpool.
Well, let's start with photos I took in the Walker Gallery! :3
?? 0.0 pigeons??
    Before we entered the Walker Gallery, there were many 'pigeons' waiting for us on the roof of the building and outside the entrance :3.  This is indeed an exhibition produced by Patrick Murphy, an it is named 'Belongings'.   There are 150 pigeons on the exterior of the gallery and this is actually Murphy's respond to the Biennial's theme - 'The Unexpected Guest'.   A Biennial is being held this year and this is almost the end of it already (it ends on the 25th of November).  A lot of art work would be shown during this period of time and we luckily had the chance to look at them.  I was also really satisfied by all the exhibitions we've been to as well. ^ ^
The look of Walker Gallery!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Here are photos of the paintings inside the gallery, mainly from the John Moores Painting Prize 2012 exhibition. :)

Don't be suspicious... this is really a painting!!!  It is very realistic and you can even see the eyelashes and the pimples XP of this person in the painting!   This painting is called 'Aphasia' and is drawn by a prizewinner of the John Moores Painting Prize 2010, who calls Hu Wenlong, using oil paints on canvas.    This artist really shows his very high art technique in this painting and I am thinking that if anyone can produce something like this in the exam, they can definitely get an A*. ><"

This is another piece that impressed me very much.    It is called 'The Exiled Forever Coming in to Land', drawn by Ged Quinn (also a prizewinner of the John Moores Painting Prize 2010 0.0), using oil paints on canvas.    This is a very imagery and beautiful painting which has a meaning behind: the white horse is said to be a 'cheesy symbol of death and is loved by fantasy poster artist' and the self portrait (next to the horse) is a portrait of artist Caspar David Friedrich who gives Quinn the inspiration of the building.

This is an oil painting drawn by Edward Atkinson Hornel, one of the 'Glasgow Boys' (a group of Scottish artists combining the ideas of French realist painters and Whistler's use of colour), in 1891. ><  And this painting is already 121 years old... It's very colourful and the mood of it really matches its title: 'Summer'. :D    The two girls look cheerful and cute as well~ ^ ^

This is a 'wall' made by origami butterflies, in remembrance of people sacrificed in the current Afghan conflict on 10/11/2012.    It's called 'The Killing Jar' and is aimed to popularize the Killing Jar project.

This is a 'defaced' sculpture!!    My friends laughed so much after they saw it because it has no face!! XDD

A bird postcard I found in the shop in the gallery!  The two birds are so cute and fluffy~~

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Here're photos we took on our way to the Tate gallery, along the Albert Dock. :)
A pigeon... it seemed that it wanted to escape from us!! XD
A seagull!!!  Sooo cute and was not scared by people. :3
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Here are photos from the Tate Liverpool gallery! :)

Its sign!

The entrance! *.* One at a time....

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A photo of a girl going up/down stairs made by special effects.    Looks artistic and impressionist! :3
 A steak on a stove!!!  I want to eat it... ><
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Um... here are photos of the view from the windows in the gallery... I didn't take many photos of the art works in this gallery because a few exhibitions banned photography. ><''' :P

My hot chocolate with marshmallows and whipped cream from the cafe in the gallery. Yummy! :D

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Well, this is the end of my post!!  Thank you Christy very much T^T for your photos <3 my camera was somehow not working at the end... ><"""  Hope you enjoy reading my post and don't forget to do the survey in the top right hand corner... I really want to know the opinions of you guys... :)   See you next time and best regards to all of you! :DDD
